We achieved consent for a modernist 1 bed house to replace the dilapidated garages at the rear of our Clapham Road investment building. Creating new housing by regenerating scruffy backland is something of a Gower Capital specialty.

Gaining a consent here is all the sweeter given there is history of a past refusal and failed appeal for a similar proposal from the previous owner.

Fantastic work by our planning team and consultants, led by Trevor Horne Architects and Firstplan, really hitting the right balance of creativity and delivery.
