With his wealth of experience in business and investing, Malcolm provides significant funding and macro strategic advice, ensuring Gower Capital is focused on sustainable long-term growth.
Malcolm’s previous role in what's been an illustrious career was at Estée Lauder in New York City, where he served as Executive Board Member, reporting directly to the CEO William P. Lauder. There he oversaw global manufacturing, procurement and distribution. His leadership was influential in maximising growth and driving efficiency throughout the Estée Lauder Group's multibillion-dollar business.
Since ‘retiring’, Malcolm has focused on his twin roles as Chairman of Gower Capital and Managing Partner of the Bond Family Office. Outside of work, he splits his spare time between his beloved Gower Peninsular and New York City.
Nick is responsible for sourcing investment and development opportunities. Since joining the team in 2017, he has made a big impact and quickly built a reputation as an excellent dealmaker.
He has a creative and commercial understanding of property development, as well as a keen interest in urban regeneration and housing delivery. He works from initial feasibility and securing of sites, through to navigating the planning stages and construction.
Prior to joining Gower Capital, Nick worked at the top level in estate agency, architecture, politics and lobbying. His breadth of experience and wide range of contacts gained from twenty years in London allow him to keep closely attuned to market trends and the evolving planning system.
Nick holds a degree in British Politics and Legislative studies. Outside of Gower Capital, he enjoys running and swimming, going to the latest restaurant openings and being ever the optimist about Derby County’s prospects.
